In 14 years of technical writing work, I've produced user manuals, online Help, release notes, technical papers, knowledge base articles, and other product materials. Most recently, I worked for Irdeto's Carlsbad division. Previously, I experienced five years of accelerated learning at Websense, Inc. (Resigned November, 2006.)
I take particular interest in a user-friendly product interface, and have worked closely with User Interface Development teams to optimize user interface structure and labeling.
